Busy Weekend

Boy did we have a busy weekend! Last weekend Jeremy was in our friends Matt and Amanda's wedding! Friday after a long day at work we had to drive to Hazelgreen, AL for the rehearsal dinner, which is like 1hr and 15min from t-town. Saturday was the wedding so we had to get up super early to get everything ready to take Liam to Nonnie and Grandpa's house for the day and oh my, HIS FIRST NIGHT AWAY FROM MOM AND DAD!
Jeremy and I had such a great time. We certainly missed Liam like crazy, but I think it was good for us to have some fun adult time. We got to see one of my friends, Bridget and her sweet little girl Rylee, at the wedding. Rylee is three and Bridget and I decided that she and Liam should date one day, ha. She can be a cougar, ha. I felt so old when it was only 9:00 and J and I were so tired we started the trek back to t-town! I slept the entire way home and slept ALL NIGHT (no baby).
Speaking of sleeping all night. Liam has had two successful nights of not waking up! YAY. Last Wednesday and Friday night he slept the entire night. I'm pretty sure it was because he spent those days with his Aunt Penny, Uncle Jeff and cousin Jordan and they kept him up all day, because he hasn't done it since then. But thanks ya'll we really needed those few nights of sleep.
Sunday after being gone all day saturday we had to get up early again and go get Liam and Sophie from Nonnie and Grandpa's. Then before we went home, we had to go to Manchester and drop my car off at the Nissan shop to have some crazy sensor changed for like the fifth time. Not really five times but it sure does seem like it, ha. We went to Shelbyville to pick up a patio set that J's grandparents were getting rid of. So now we can actually use our backyard and have a cook out. Ah, summer fun!
After pretty much neglecting our house all weekend we got home and J had to mow the yard and I cleaned the entire house and did 4 loads of laundry all Sunday afternoon. Luckily Liam fell asleep in the car on the way home from Shelbyville so we just left him in his seat (we did take it inside, lol) and I got a ton of stuff done. I felt like super speed woman, ha.
All in all it was a busy but great weekend. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Throneberry. I hope you guys have fun on your honeymoon in the Dominican Republic (those lucky ducks).
Liam goes to the doctor today for his 2 month check up, we will see how much he has grown. I'm going to guess he is at least 13lbs by now. I will update you soon.
